Service scope
BloodsFC records FC 27 coin purchase and supply orders for supported platforms. Each order identifies its edition, platform, accepted quantity and price policy. Extra services are available only when explicitly enabled.
Quotes and payment
Review the full price, fees, currency and quote expiry before accepting. An accepted order keeps its recorded quote; a changed quantity or expired offer needs a new explicit agreement. Direct delivery requires verified payment. A marketplace-funded order does not require another payment to BloodsFC.
Account access and supply
Provide accurate details and retain the committed coins until completion. Keep out of the WebApp while an authorized execution is active. Access is limited to your consent period and the recorded account task. A shortage pauses review; account balance is an observation, not a receipt. Supplier earnings accrue only for coins actually received and financially approved.
Delivery and withdrawal estimates
Time estimates depend on account eligibility, transfer limits, market conditions and operator availability. Only the configured terms shown with your order apply. Withdrawal requests reserve the exact available asset amount and require recipient verification and financial review. Submission does not execute a transfer.
Failed delivery, cancellations and refunds
If delivery cannot be completed, request review for refund of the undelivered portion or another delivery attempt. Completed quantities and recorded payments are reviewed separately. A review decision does not itself send money. Marketplace cases follow the marketplace dispute process. Statutory rights are preserved.
EA rules and account risk
BloodsFC is independent of EA. Coin trading violates EA rules and may lead to restrictions or bans. No method eliminates that risk. Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized account access, abusive chargebacks or unlawful activity. Suspicious orders may be paused for human review.
Policy review and contact
This draft requires approval of the legal entity, contact address, jurisdiction, refund procedure and any liability limitation before launch. Approved policy versions will be retained with each order. Use the support page and your safe order reference for review requests; never send credentials through support.
